This workshop looks through the self experience of DMT, at the role that TIME and TIMING play in our lives. Using movement we will encourage you to explore how you connect to, and use the concept of time.
What kind of life rhythm do you have, are you fast, slow or something in between? We will explore your connection to time and timing of life, looking at the choices of your tim…e, whether it really is your preference or created due to current circumstance. In movement we will explore if you can be here and now, or whether you experience yourself through your past, or are reaching towards the future and moving away from your present moment.
This workshop is for anyone interested in exploring themselves through movement. If you are interested in the DMT training program it is a good idea to come along and make contact with us.
The workshop is self-experiential; we offer a space for reflections and support your experience, although it is not a therapy or supervision space.

The workshop will be in both Czech and English language
It is advisable to bring comfortable clothes to move, stationery and refreshments.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation fee of 700 Kč is non refundable, unless you cancel 10 or more days before the workshop then the reservation fee can be transferred to another workshop. If you cancel later than 10 days before the workshop, your reservation fee will not be refunded.
